Founded in Kingston, Jamaica in 2004 by Bishop Dr. Letitia McPherson, Citadel of Hope International Ministries is a Christ-centred, Spirit-led church devoted to restoring lives, building faith, and spreading the message of hope through the love of Jesus Christ.
We are a ministry birthed in prayer, grounded in the Word, and called to reach the lost at any cost. From our foundation to the present day, our mission has remained the same: to love God, serve people, and transform lives through the power of grace and truth.
